I grew up with trainers for parents yet managed to snare a sailor who is non horsey for a husband. We have been married since 1976. While it doesn't seem that long at times at other times it seems MUCH longer!!

We have three grown boys of whom 2 have granted us with grand children including a granddaughter and grandson. Our granddaughter is a chip off the 'ole block with her love of horses. Our grandson, well we aren't to sure about since mom is trying to keep him away from horses. We will see how long that last!!! LOL

I was away from my horses for almost 20 yrs while my husband was in tha navy. When we retired, I got to get some more. You know they are like Lay's potato chips, "you cant just have one!!"

The breed of choice here is appaloosas, they are a breed who I hold dearly to my heart. I love their minds their spirits and versatility. I also love the way you NEVER find 2 COLORED ones that look the same!! I do love ALL horses, but I can say I will always have at least one appaloosa!!

We believe in raising horses with Good confirmation, GREAT minds and attitudes, that are able to do it ALL. The icing on my cake is when I get the color too!!
